For a charging station that you own or plan to buy, it is necessary to ensure supervision over its functionality and reliability.
It is not necessary for the equipment to be purchased from GreenWay to ensure the operation of the station. If so, we can guarantee that the station has passed a series of tests and is reliable.

Charging station functionality 

The charging station is managed online. We support chargers 24/7 and therefore does not require any special maintenance or specially trained personnel from the owner. Technical support is available 24 hours a day. The software is being updated online.

For charging stations that are intended for community and public charging stations (Select variant and Business variant), the station owner or manager has his own online access to information about everything that is currently happening with the station, such as used by drivers, how much energy is as well as the information needed to allocate costs between all parties entering into a relationship with the station. Information about the operation is used for the needs of cost allocation, invoicing and payment selection, consumption statement for individual charging cards. We will take care of the administration within the Select variant and the Business variant.

EV Drivers Support

Drivers start charging with the charging card or the GreenWay application. The GreenWay 24/7 customer line solves clients’ questions via telephone, chat or e-mail.

At public charging stations, drivers can use a one-time, so called ad-hoc charging. Stations are ready for national roaming and international roaming. Roaming partner clients are your other potential clients.

International drivers from 26 countries and using up to 20 different operators will be directed to your charging station. Clients of GreenWay network can use a “Roam Like at Home” service – charge at the GreenWay prices within roaming partners’ networks (with Energy Plus and Energy Max subscription).  The GreenWay non-stop customer support is available to international drivers too.
