GreenWay Opero service is intended
for stations purchased both from us and from other manufacturers and provides
support in the implementation of the requirements imposed by the Act on
electromobility. All this to make the charging station a positive and
hassle-free addition and a benefit for your business.
GreenWay Opero is available in three variants - Basic, Select and, Business, to best match the scope of this service to your needs. Depending on the selected variant, we will comprehensively prepare your station for the provision of charging services, provide remote communication, and configure and mark it in accordance with the requirements. We will also be responsible for reporting and updating information about the charger in the Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Register (EIPA).
Moreover, we will manage the station from the technical side, including remote monitoring, updating, and making sure that it is constantly available and ready to serve customers. This service provides also 24/7 access to our GreenWay Support Center for you and for the end-user.
Each of the above versions of the GreenWay Opero service can be purchased with or without the maintenance service. However, purchasing them together as a package yields more cost savings.Thanks to this, you will have a routine annual station inspection with pro-active maintenance and cleaning and avoid additional stress in the event of a maintenance issue. The additional service package also guarantees you a quick response in the event of a station failure and free visits from the service team to restore your station to full functionality as soon as possible.
In the GreenWay network, drivers decide how they want to use the charging stations. For this purpose, they can choose a dedicated charging card, which they receive after registration, a mobile application, and the Client Zone available on the greenwaypolska.pl website.
If the charging station is generally accessible, and the driver was not a previously registered GreenWay customer, he can still use the charging station at your location with the one-time charging option. Who will the recipients of charging services be in your location? Our network already has over 53 000 registered customers, and thanks to an extensive network of roaming partners, foreign electric car drivers will also be your potential customers.GreenWay customers can also use the "Roam Like At Home" service - in Energia Plus and Energia Max subscriptions - thanks to which they pay for charging abroad as much as in Poland!
