To use our charging services, it is best to register. When registering, you will provide your billing information, the address for delivery of the charging card or key fob, the e-mail address, telephone number and credit card. Confirm your email address and phone number when you sign up. Introducing a credit card will simplify your monthly invoicing, as the invoice amount will be automatically withdrawn from your credit card every month. Then, if you have chosen to receive one, you will receive your RFID rechargeable card / key by mail. However, you do not need to wait for them – you can recharge as soon as you register using the mobile or web app. For charging without registration you can use the option of one-time charging.

What is the GreenWay network?

The GreenWay Network is a series of publicly accessible electric vehicle charging stations throughout Poland and Slovakia. You can join and use the network and receive its many benefits either as an EV driver or by having a charging station on your premises.  

How do I start and stop charging?

You can start charging with your RFID CARD, via the DRIVER ZONE, or, if necessary, by calling the helpline. – Use your RFID card to start charging and follow the instructions on the charger (only available for clients with full registration). – Connect the cable to the car, log in to the Driver Zone, search for the correct location and after selecting the correct cable, start charging by selecting the “Start charging” button (option available for clients with full and one-time registration).   To stop a session, use the same method you started it with (ie, if you started the session with RFID card, you must end it with your RFID card)   On the Driver Zone, in the window about the charging status, select the “Finish charging” button. Then disconnect the cable from the car (option available for clients with full and one-time registration). – Hold the RFID card over the charger reader & follow the instructions on the screen. (They should prompt you to press the “Finish charging” button. After this you can disconnect the cable from the car (the option is only available for clients with full registration).

What time of day are GreenWay chargers available?

The vast majority of chargers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Precise availability of each charger can be found on the map on the website and in the Driver Zone. When a station is not available it will be marked in yellow in the Driver Zone.

Do I pay to park while charging?

Almost – but not all – of our chargers are located in free, public parking lots. You can find the specific information for each location on the Driver Zone.  

How can I stop charging in an emergency?

In emergency situations, you can stop charging immediately by pushing the red emergency button located under the display screen of each charger. However, remember – use it only in health or life threatening situations! It is not to be used to stop the charging process. Whenever you use Emergency button please notify our Hotline immediately
